Common questions
The code has not arrived yet
Delivery depends on the app and the carrier and can take a couple of minutes. You can request another number at no extra cost. If it still does not arrive, the amount returns as balance so you can try again.
I already paid — what now?
Once payment is confirmed the number is released automatically and the code shows on the order screen in real time. You never need to pay twice; if anything looks off, reach us on chat with your email and order number.
Can I get a refund?
If the code does not arrive, the amount is returned automatically as balance (platform credit) that never expires. Codes actually received are non-refundable. See the Refund policy. Refund policy
